The processing technology of biomass boiler dust collector:


The flue gas generated during the production process of each boiler will be treated separately. The flue gas and dust generated by the boiler enter the cyclone dust collector through the dust suction pipe. At this time, the large particles in the smoke and dust are separated under the action of the centrifugal force of the cyclone dust collector. The large dust particles are discharged from the cyclone dust collector, and the fine dust particles enter the bag dust collector. device. After filtration by the filter bag, the dust adhering to the surface of the bag is first concentrated in the ash hopper of the dust collector through pulse blowing, and is recycled or utilized using the unloading controller. The clean air processed by the bag dust collector is discharged into the atmosphere from the chimney through the fan. After the bag dust collector treats the dusty flue gas of the boiler, the pollution of the flue dust to the surrounding environment can be reduced and the purpose of clean production can be achieved.


There are big differences between biomass boilers and traditional coal-fired boilers. There are two ways to exhaust smoke from biomass boilers. One is direct exhaust. Since biomass fuel is relatively light, the boiler flue gas will suck the biomass particles that have not been fully burned into the bag dust collector under the action of the induced draft fan, causing the bag to Dust collector catches fire. The flame arrester adopts the principle of collision and interception and can intercept incompletely burned biomass particles from entering the biomass boiler bag dust collector. The other is a three-pass boiler. The flue gas of this boiler needs to be burned twice, and there will be no unburned biomass particles in the discharged flue gas. The flue gas can directly enter the bag dust collector for treatment. The flue gas discharged from the biomass boiler does not contain sulfur dioxide, so the biomass boiler does not need to install a desulfurization tower.


Working principle of biomass boiler dust removal equipment:


The boiler flue gas enters the biomass boiler dust collector through the air inlet. The larger particles of dust fall directly into the ash hopper. The gas containing particulate dust passes through the bag. The dust is retained on the outer surface of the bag, and the gas is purified and discharged by the induced draft fan. Emitted to the atmosphere. As the filtration work continues, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag continues to increase, and the operating resistance of the boiler bag dust collector increases. The switching valve of a certain filter unit closes, the filter unit stops working, and the backflush compressed air enters the filter unit in the opposite direction. , blow off the dust on the outer surface of the bag, then the switching valve plate opens, the filter unit works again, and the dust cleaning moves to the next filter unit. The entire dust cleaning process is carried out alternately among each filter unit.


The filter bag of the biomass boiler dust collector adopts a boiler dust removal filter bag (Flomax dust removal filter bag), which has a temperature resistance of 170-250 degrees. The disadvantages of this filter bag are that the filtration wind speed cannot exceed 1.0, it is not resistant to wear and is afraid of folding. , its advantage lies in its good temperature resistance. It is not afraid of high temperatures and acid and alkali, and is suitable for biomass boiler dust removal.

The single-stage system enables the equipment to achieve low resistance loss and air leakage rate, and low energy consumption. Filtration wind force (air-cloth ratio) is an important indicator of bag dust collector. Because a high air-to-cloth ratio means low equipment investment and operating costs, it also means that more operating space can be saved.
