Biomass boiler dust collector bag protection

Biomass boiler dust collector in operation, the main forms of bag breakage are burnt, wear, bag bottom tear, open line, etc. The main reason for the biomass boiler dust collector bag burnt is that the flue gas is superheated (the flue gas temperature exceeds the working temperature of the bag) and the sparks burnt bag.

The main measures to prevent the flue gas over-temperature bag burning are:

 (1) In the boiler outlet flue to install cold air valve, or use water spray cooling measures. Boiler dust collector in the design of the cold air valve, when the flue gas temperature reaches a certain cold air valve open, the flue gas temperature can be quickly reduced;

 (2) If the flue gas temperature continues to rise to reach the bypass valve opening temperature, the sub-compartment poppet valve closes the bypass valve opens, the flue gas is discharged directly through the bypass flue. 

Measures to prevent sparks burning bags are:

 (1) Select the filter bag made of fireproof material;

 (2) Use pre-spraying technology to pre-coat the bag with grey to ensure the initial layer thickness on the surface of the bag;

    (3) Adopting pre-dusting technology, the body structure of the bag filter adopts airflow distribution baffles, which avoids the direct impact of sparks on the bag, and at the same time makes the unburnt particles with large diameter fall directly into the ash hopper.

The main causes of bag wear are:

 (1) uneven distribution of flue gas, gas chamber local filtration wind speed is too high, resulting in dust to intensify the impact, wear and tear of the bag;

 (2) The distance between the bags is too small, resulting in collision wear between the bags, or cage bone bending, cage bone and the bottom of the bag gap is too small, such as the collision between the bag and cage bone wear;

 (3) The vertical deviation between the nozzle of the blowpipe and the mouth of the bag is large, so that the airflow from the blowpipe directly scrubs the upper section of the bag to produce wear and tear;

 (4) Bag cleaning is too frequent or blowing pressure is too high will also accelerate the bag wear.

Reduce bag wear measures are:

 (1) The design should be reasonable distribution of bags, balanced airflow.

 (2) Installation should control the nozzle of the blowpipe and the bag mouth of the right relationship;

 (3) The initial operation should maintain a lower blowing pressure and longer blowing cycle, to maintain a certain thickness of the initial layer of dust on the surface of the bag.
