Pulse bag filter safety operating procedures

Firstly, Debugging


1.Preparatory work before commissioning

 

Remove the debris in the dust collector box;

Add lubricating oil or check the oil level according to the requirements of the induced draft fan, air compressor, reamer, reducer, and lubricator;

Presses, reamers and other equipment are normal, the steering is correct, and there is no abnormal sound and vibration;

Check the sealing of the compressed air system, and clean the air system with compressed air;

Manually check whether the poppet valve is installed correctly, clean Gray system is normal.


2. Test run

 

First connect the high-pressure air source (if the high-pressure air source is an air compressor set separately, the operating procedures shall be operated according to the instruction manual of the air compressor), adjust the pressure of the air storage tank to 0.5-0.7MPa, and check the compressed air whether the installation of pneumatic components such as pipeline joints, triple parts, pulse valves, etc. is tight, check and adjust the poppet valve to make the valve plate close tightly.

Then operate the switch of the electric control device, input action signals to the solenoid valve, and check whether the pneumatic components are normal ;

Start the ash discharge device and check whether it meets the work requirements;

Start the fan under no load, slowly open the regulating valve of the induced draft fan to make it meet the process ventilation requirements, observe the operation of the equipment, and check the pulse cleaning effect room by room;

When the filter starts to run with dust, do not turn on the dust removal device first, but let the dust slowly accumulate on the outer surface of the filter bag. After running for a period of time, start the dust removal device again, so as to facilitate the establishment of the original filter dust layer on the surface of the filter bag, and then Use trial and error to determine the cleaning cycle required for optimal equipment operation, then fix with that procedure.


Secondly, maintenance and repair

 

1. Daily operation and maintenance

 

During the operation of the equipment, special personnel should be assigned to manage it, and the operation records should be kept well;

Managers should be familiar with the principle, performance, and operating conditions of the dust collector, and master the adjustment of operating parameters and equipment maintenance methods; Mechanical moving parts such as reducers and ash conveying devices should be refuelled according to regulations, and abnormal phenomena should be eliminated in time;

The drain valve and the oil-water separator in the air source triple unit should be drained once every shift, and the oil mist device should be checked frequently for oil storage and refuelled in time;

If the pulse valve fails, it should be eliminated in time. If there are impurities, moisture and other foreign objects inside, it should be cleaned in time, and the diaphragm should be replaced in time if it is damaged;

Regularly check the condition of the cylinder and each flange surface, and replace the sealing ring in time if any air leakage is found;

If the sealing strip on the inspection door is ageing, it should be replaced in time;

Regularly measure process parameters, such as flue gas volume, temperature, concentration, etc., if any abnormality is found, find out the cause and deal with it in time;

Regularly check the gas system and the working conditions of the ash discharge system, and eliminate any abnormalities in time;

When starting up, connect the compressed air to the air storage tank first, connect the control power supply, and start the ash discharge device. If there is other equipment in the system, they should be interlocked and controlled according to the process requirements;

When shutting down, after the processing system stops, the dust collector and exhaust fan should be kept working for a period of time to remove the moisture and dust in the equipment.

 

2. Possible faults and troubleshooting methods

 

(1) Large running resistance

 

The reasons may be condensation bag; pulse valve not working or damaged; compressed air pressure is too low; poppet valve is not closed tightly when pulse valve is working; one or more poppet valves are closed.

 

Elimination method: Block air leakage, increase flue gas temperature, strengthen ventilation, and do a good job of heat preservation for dust collector and pipeline; Maintain or replace pulse valve; Check air circuit and air compressor; Check poppet valve and dust removal controller.

 

(2) The pulse valve does not work

 

The reasons may be: The power supply is cut off or the dust removal controller is out of order; There are sundries in the pulse valve, and the air has been leaking; The coil of the pulse valve is burnt out; The compressed air pressure is too low.

 

Remedy: Restore the power supply or repair the dust removal controller; Clean the pulse valve carefully; Replace the coil of the electromagnetic pulse valve; Check the gas system and compressor.

 

(3) Poppet valve does not work

 

The reasons may be: The power supply is cut off or the cleaning controller fails; The cylinder is broken or stuck; The solenoid valve coil of the cylinder is burnt out; The solenoid valve of the cylinder is too dirty, the air exchange port is blocked or the valve core is dry, so it cannot move; Compressed air pressure is too low.

 

Remedy: Restore the power supply or repair the dust removal controller; Check, clean and repair the cylinder carefully; Replace the coil of the electromagnetic reversing valve; Check the gas system and compressor.

 

(4) Prevent filter bag damage

Under normal circumstances, the dust filter bag is gradually damaged within the service life, the main reason is the deterioration of the filter material caused by the abrasion of dust, high temperature and high humidity.

The dust collector cannot work with a damaged filter bag, otherwise, it will affect the dust removal effect.
